RUSM offers various medical school scholarships to help aspiring doctors offset the cost of their medical education, which fall into two groups: awarded by selection & and awarded by application.
 

“Awarded by selection” scholarships can be awarded as a part of your application for admissions. An “awarded by application” scholarships require a separate application from your application for admissions to Ross University School of Medicine

***First-time pass rate is the number of students passing the USMLE Step 1 exam on the first attempt divided by the number of students whose first attempt was 2018-2023.  In order to sit for the USMLE Step 1 exam students must successfully complete the Medical Sciences curriculum and earn a satisfactory score on the NBME CBSE exam as listed in the student handbook.

Accreditation by CAAM-HP is a rigorous, peer review process which examines all aspects of a medical program. The CAAM-HP board, an independent and autonomous body of professionals, only certifies medical schools that are operating at the highest levels of educational standards. Medical Education Readiness Program (MERP)

MERP is a 15-week online program designed to prepare promising applicants for success in medical school. MERP focuses on strengthening core academic areas with an emphasis on basic sciences. This program focuses on small group learning and study techniques. Students who successfully complete the program matriculate into the next first semester MD class.
